Thiamax changed my life in just 1 month. I'm aware that there's probably still a long way to go, but my quality of life today is nothing like it was just a short while ago. On a scale of 1 to 10, I was at 1 1 month ago and I'm at 6 today. At 48, I used to spend most of my time lying down, trying to find the desire to feel like it. My long list of symptoms didn't appear overnight; they started in my thirties. At 48, I had stage 4 endometriosis, fibriomalgia, chronic UTI, Lyme, arthritis kind of pain in body, unexplained anxiety attacks, incurable constipation, headaches, sweating, early menopause, seasonal allergies, intolerance to almost everything I ate, blood sugar levels that were also inexplicable, my arms and legs slept at night, renaud's disease, my right hand became unusable, forcing me to stop teaching tennis. My hands and feet were constantly on fire, my nervous system reacted to everything, and I hardly slept at all.
Eating was an ordeal, my body reacted to every food, chronic sinusitis, leaky gut, sibo, candida, although I didn't eat much and I was quite slim, my body was becoming fat and I was losing my muscles. My head and face were constantly on fire. All this time I've searched, seen professors, doctors of all kinds, sjamans, healers, osteopaths, nutritionists and naturopaths....no results and always the same verdict: you're fine, madam, it's all in your imagination. And yes I also consulted an exorcist!!
I've tried every supplement on earth with no benefit.
One day, when I was in particular pain, I stumbled across a video by Elliot explaining the effects of thiamine deficiency. I listened to all his videos and immediately bought Thiamax from Eonutritions, because I wanted pure supplements without fillers. No I wasn't a good student, no I didn't start with a small dose...so don't follow my example.
I quickly switched to a carnivorous diet, I prescribed all vegetables, fruit and other foods.
I very quickly took a fairly large dose of Thiamax, natural vit B complex, electrolytes, enzymes, increased my gastric acidity...
I had side effects such as severe fatigue and oxalate dumping, but I've always been used to pain, so I carried on.
It's now 1 month later and I've never spent 1 day on bed rest, my hands and feet no longer burn, I no longer have headaches, my legs and arms no longer sleep, I no longer have intolerance to hot and cold, I sleep quite well at night and I've regained a certain motivation to do things.
I can handle daily stress very good, can handle people around, my skin in just awesome, gut motility is better, no joint pain anymore, fibriomalgia is totally gone. It’s still a process, meaning I can feel healing taking place, I see improvements from day to day!
To cut a long story short, 70% of my symptoms have disappeared, which was unhoped-for.Thank you Elliot, thank you for making Thiamax available!!!! Can’t express enough what a beautiful world mine has become.
Sooo... Can't do really short. I was born sick. I have a rare congenital disorder MRKH. Almost no breastfeeding, high carb diet, two surgeries(including one when I was 3), history of alcoholism, 20 years of nicotine usage, heavy chronic stress(including bc of my parents loss), multiple antibiotic treatments including after 6 dental implants, heavy antibiotic treatment in 2016 bc of the keratitis. After that I moved to the US and my health was declining and declining. I had weird neuro symptoms( like I couldn't sneeze for more than a year). Years were passing by, I tried vegan diet, got worse. Couldn't understand what's wrong. My digestion been always terrible. As long as I remember myself. Food would get stuck in my gut and not move. I would wake up every night bc of the cramps. Lethargic, apathetic, always tired. Everything got worse the last year after I quit nicotine. I was heavily loosing hair, I had brain fog, I was tired, I felt like my battery charge just dropped, and I had no idea why. First clues started to come after I wore GCM. Based on that data I detected that there is bacterial overgrowth in my stomach ( I was told many years ago I have low acid) that ferments carbs. So I started carnivore. I got better. Then I saw you video on sibo. Couldn't do ttfd at first but benfo helped. Though I reached the glass ceiling w it at 1200 mg. I also did William Davis microbiome protocol. It also helped. Now I do keto, take 1200 of benfo and 300 mg ttfd(want to increase) with B-complex, SAMe, NAC etc. I am able to eat carbs now but not for a long time. I feel much more energy, focus, my digestion is dramatically better. I mean when I look back a year ago I get terrified. I think I was really close to dying. I couldn't eat at all. Carbs would make me drunk but meat wouldn't digest. It definitely changed a lot for me. Thank you!
