How much Thiamine per day?
1 capsule per day, with or without food.
Avoid coffee/tea consumption either 1 hour before or 2 hours after taking Thiamax.
Avoid taking it in the afternoon or evening, as it may interfere with your sleep cycle.
It should be taken alongside 200-400 mg of magnesium & a high quality B-complex.
For first time users:
Start with ½ or ¼ of a capsule per day by emptying the capsule contents into a small glass of water.
Increase the thiamine dosage every 3 or 4 days until you reach 1 full capsule per day.
Before you start taking Thiamax
In some individuals, thiamine supplements like Thiamax can induce a temporary worsening of certain symptoms such as fatigue, brain-fog, and digestive bloating or gas. These side effects usually last for around one week, and are referred to as the “paradoxical reaction”.

Symptoms I have for the last few years shortness of breath state of anxiety all day long muscle tightness bloating blood pressure spikes. I went to the doctor he can’t figure out what I had. Starting a long journey to figure out what this was about,by chance I discovered high doses thiamine was the answer. I was taking befotamine just for sugar metabolizer, when I discover thiamax I took two pills ta day, and I can breathe again my no more anxiety and everything come back to normal .
