Description
Thiavite B-Complex provides a full spectrum of nutritional cofactor B vitamins to complement the action of thiamine (vitamin B1) within the cell, including two different forms of thiamine. Due to the lower amount of TTFD contained within this formula, this complex can be used as a method to gradually build up tolerance before using Thiamax.
Folinic acid (calcium folinate) is a non-methylated form of folate which can convert readily into active forms of folate such as L-methylfolate as needed in the body.
Similarly, hydroxocobalamin (vitamin B12) is also a non-methylated alternative to methyl-B12. After absorption, this form can easily convert into both adenosyl and methylcobalamin based on cellular demand. Together, these forms are suitable for people who have difficulty tolerating methylated vitamins.
CDP choline (citicoline) is nucleotide which provides choline and cytidine after it is broken down in the body. Aside from supporting the production of acetylcholine and phosphatidylcholine, research has demonstrated that this compound may also increase dopamine, noradrenaline and serotonin synthesis. This nootropic has been studied for its ability to improve memory, attention, and cognition.R-lipoic acid is the more bioavailable form of alpha lipoic acid, a molecule with numerous roles in energy metabolism which also serves as powerful antioxidant in both water- and fat-soluble conditions.

- Increase the dose to two capsules/day after one week (or longer, depending on tolerance) and later three capsules/day.
Important information:
- In some individuals, supplementation with products containing thiamine tetrahydrofurfuryl disulfide (TTFD) can induce a temporary worsening of certain symptoms such as fatigue, brain-fog, and digestive bloating or gas. This usually lasts for around one week, and is referred to as the “paradoxical reaction”.
- For those with sensitivity to sulfur-containing compounds, this product may not be suitable.
